LICENSING REQUESTS
All license requests must be submitted in writing by mail or via our specific online forms. Please complete the appropriate form.
Streaming or Broadcast License
Place Audio/Visual recording on a website, or broadcast on a TV station, or radio
Duplicate DVDs or download digital Audio/Visual recordings
Duplicate CDs or download digital Audio-only recordings (MP3s)
Write an arrangement of a specific work
Print a particular piece for commercial or educational use
Photocopy music you have ordered, but not yet received.

Festival Licensing
The Neil A. Kjos Music Company does not allow royalty-free reprinting of extra music copies for contest or festival. If you need extra scores or parts, then you will need to place an order with us (online: www.kjos.com or call: 1-800-854-1592) or contact your favorite music dealer. If you have placed an order that is not projected to arrive in time, you may request a temporary license from our website at: https://kjos.com/photocopy-license-form.
If the work you are performing is part of a larger collection, please complete: “Photocopy music from collection” from our website so that we may consider your request to make temporary photocopied scores for judges.
**Please allow two weeks to process a license for festival participation.
