Each Choir Starter is arranged in two parts, each written in both treble and bass clefs. This flexible voicing allows Choir Starters to be sung my ensembles of any age or voicing, including: SATB, SAB, 3-Part Mixed (SAT), SA (Trebles), TB (Men's), or Unison voices. This collection is useful for choirs of all ages and abilities!
Choir Starters has many uses for the music educator:
1) Success Breeds Success. Choir Starters enables students to succeed from day one, leading them into the right frame of mind to tackle their first pieces of concert repertoire.
2) Voice Designation. Use Choir Starters as simple test pieces to help evaluate each student's range and ability. After hearing individual singers - alone or in groups - the director can quickly and easily assign the correct voice parts.
