All sales are final. Return Authorizations for misshiments, damaged or defective product must be requested within 10 days of receipt. The goods sold through this website shall be at the risk of the buyer upon delivery by the seller to the carrier F.O.B. shipping point. Returns & Replacements

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you order meets the criteria below, please follow the guidelines that follow and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase.

The Neil A. Kjos Music Company generally does not accept returns for purchases, but the following criteria may be taken into consideration:

  1. Arrival of damaged or defective product (notification to Kjos within 10 business days).
  2. Invoice indicates "Guaranteed Sale"

If your request meets one of the 2 criteria above, please follow the instructions below:

All products returned for credit must be returned in the same condition as received and re-sellable as new. All products returned to Neil A. Kjos Music Company will be inspected for damage and wear. Note: Products not packaged properly (inadequate stuffing, oversized boxes, soft or worn packaging) may be subject to immediate refusal prior to product inspection.

Steps to Request for Return Authorization

  1. Send a request on our Contact form, indicating the product, quantity, original purchase invoice number and reason for return.
  2. Upon approval, Kjos will process your request and you will receive an email and/or a fax confirmation of the return authorization the following morning. If one does not arrive, please let us know immediately and we will be sure one is resent.
  3. Include a copy of the return authorization in the packaging and indicate on the outside of the box the Return Authorization number. (RA#) and send with a with a trackable carrier of choice - UPS or FedEx only. (note: shipping costs will not be covered by Neil A. Kjos Music Company unless otherwise indicated).
  4. Be sure all product is returned in the same condition as received and re-sellable as new. All product received by Kjos will be inspected for damage and wear. Products not packaged properly (inadequate stuffing, oversized boxes, soft or worn packaging) may be subject to immediate refusal at cost of the sender prior to product inspection.
  5. Kjos will inspect the return, notify you of the condition and process the acceptable product for credit.
