For teachers and schools that wish to purchase 15 or more copies of an IPS-enhanced Kjos publication or series in ebook form, a Bulk Order option is available.  

To place a Bulk Order: 

1.       A teacher or other school representative must complete this form and email it to [email protected].  

IMPORTANT: The email address provided when completing the form will be permanently tied to the IPS bulk purchase. In addition, for a series that has multiple student editions (e.g., a band or string method), the “Quantity” should represent the TOTAL number of students, regardless of specific instrumentation.  

2.       Once received, a Kjos Music sales representative will contact the customer for payment information and to answer any questions.  

3.       Once payment is completed, Kjos will email a master “Teacher Code” which, when redeemed, will provide a list of codes for the student edition(s) in the quantity purchased.  

IMPORTANT: You will need to use the exact same email address as in Step 1 when you redeem your Teacher Code in the IPS system.  

4.       For a series that has multiple student editions (e.g., a band or string method), a unique code is provided for each instrument. The codes may then be distributed to students in any instrumentation desired—up to the quantity purchased. The purchase includes a free Teacher Edition ebook in addition to the student ebooks.

Once an ebook is redeemed using a code, it can be accessed on any mobile or desktop device.
