Bill Vollinger
Bill Vollinger composes music for the church, concert hall and school, all to glorify God and touch the human heart, sometimes with a smile. His works have been performed and broadcast worldwide, by numerous ensembles including the Gregg Smith Singers and the New York Vocal Arts Ensemble, whose performance of Three Songs About the Resurrection won first prize at the Geneva International Competition. His published works appear in the catalogs of Abingdon, API, Heritage, Kjos, Lawson-Gould, and Laurendale. He directs music at his church and teaches composition at Nyack College. He lives in Woodcliff Lake, NJ, with his wife Chalagne, with two nearby daughters and two new grandbabies.
