STRING CHATTER

Set in ternary form, the title gets its name from the "A" section which features spiccato throughout, "chattering" along as players give the rhythmic motion to the music. The majority of this composition can be played in 1st position, although 1st violins, cellos and basses will encounter a few brief spots in upper positions.
